We will despatch the majority of orders within one business day of receipt
of payment.

We use Australia Post for most items.

All items are securely packed, however, we cannot be held liable for
any damage or loss in transit. We recommend Registered Post which
provides free insurance up to the value of $100.

Extra insurance for items over $100 and up to $5000 can be
purchased for $1.25 per $100 or part thereof.

You are welcome to exchange items within 7 days; either for a direct
exchange, or for a credit note.

Please contact us before returning the item, so we can assist you in
your return.

All exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt, and items must be in
their original condition.

We cannot exchange earrings, so please choose carefully.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please pack the items
securely for return. We recommend you insure the item for return, as you
will be responsible for any loss or damage to the item.
